Two quarters of cropland with irrigation pivots on each quarter and good access – what a treat! The west quarter has a low pressure Valley pivot installed in 1989, with pressure compensated sprinklers added in 2022. The east quarter has a low pressure Reinke pivot installed in 2007. A single well serves both pivots (not simultaneously). The well is 290’ deep with ¾” plastic casing and has a 125 hp, 900 gpm pump installed in 1999. Both pivots are connected to a Valley supported remote system, providing access from your cell phone. A 10” plastic underground pipe connects the well and the pivots. The system is serviced annually and has been winterized for the 2023 crop season. A three phase injector pump for fertilizer will go with the property, along with water permit 3170-3. There is an additional 5” cased well with submersible pump for livestock watering.
