Kristen Gill has a background in marketing and project management, having worked for companies like John Deere Company and Bobcat Company for nearly 15 years before leaving the corporate world behind to support her husband and their family’s move back to the family ranch in rural SD. Kristen has spent the last ten+ years putting those marketing and project management skills to work for her clients in managing the details, expectations, budgets and timelines to deliver the best results for each property.
Kristen grew up on a farm and commercial cattle ranch near Burke, SD. She received a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD and a Masters of International Business from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Kristen received her real estate license in 2013 and has worked with clients from over a dozen states to sell their SD or ND farm and ranchland.
Kristen lives agriculture on a daily basis with her husband and sons on the Gill Red Angus ranch. Her knowledge of the Ag world, combined with her marketing and project management experience, make her uniquely qualified to help you achieve your land real estate goals.
Lorenda Long
A graduate of Timber Lake High School Class of 2019 and Black Hills State University Class of 2022 brings a unique blend of academic achievement and experience to the real estate market. With a bachelor's degree in business management and an eye for property, Lorenda embarked on her professional journey early, obtaining her real estate license while pursuing her degree.
In Spearfish, Lorenda worked for a property management company called Victor Management where she managed a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Simultaneously, she served as an Administration Assistant and Real Estate Agent at Landmark Realty & Development, gaining invaluable experience in real estate transactions, client relations, and seeing the back work of property development.
Her upbringing on a ranch south of Timber Lake instilled in her the values of diligence, integrity, and community spirit—qualities she brings to every client interaction.
Driven by a genuine desire to serve, Lorenda has moved back to Timber Lake and has joined the Gill Land Company team. Lorenda is an active participant in her community, forging new connections, building relationships, and works at Western Dakota Bank in Timber Lake as a Loan Officer.
