Billie Schumacher grew up on a horse and cattle ranch near Linton, ND, and was actively involved in agriculture from a young age, including raising dairy cattle and participating in 4-H throughout her school years. She earned a double major in Accounting and Finance at Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD. Following college, she began her professional career at Great Plains Software in Fargo, North Dakota, which was later acquired by Microsoft. She built a successful career in customer service at Microsoft, bringing more than 20 years of experience working with customers, focusing on clear communication, problem solving, and long term relationship building. Billie also spent four years at Bauman Financial as a Licensed Sales Agent, working closely with clients to assess coverage needs and guide health insurance plan decisions within regulatory guidelines.

Schumacher brings more than 27 years of customer service experience to her role.  Her background emphasizes clear communication, responsiveness, and a strong focus on client needs, making her a reliable resource throughout the real estate process.
